Classic Arcade Games Show
|
California Extreme 2004
August 7-8, 2004 San Jose,
California
VENDOR GUIDELINES:
Arcade equipment vendors may wish to have a booth at the
show. A typical 10' X 10' booth with a table, chair, and
power is $100 and includes one weekend show admission.
Working coin-op machines may count toward discounts on the
cost of a booth. Your use requirements may vary, and we try
to be flexible in meeting those requirements, so let us
know what you have in mind and we'll try to be accommodating.
We'll need to know your plans in advance so we can integrate
you into the show floor plan.
There is no charge for space for working coin-op machines
for sale if they stay available for free play throughout
the show. If you sell a game and it leaves before midnight
on Saturday, there is a $20 charge for that machine.
The charge is $10 if it leaves before 5 PM on Sunday. You'll
be responsible for any such fees, so you should include them
in any negotiations with buyers. Check the Exhibitors
page for more information about general equipment guidelines.
In general, vendors may not share or combine booths. Smaller
individual booths may be arranged if needed.
Unlicensed and/or pirated software in general is prohibited
from CA Extreme. CA Extreme reserves the right to determine
what is allowed.
PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES:
Promotion of other events, businesses, etc. at CA Extreme
is in general limited to those promotions approved by CA
Extreme. Contact us if you'd like to place flyers on the
flyer table or have some other form of promotion in mind.
