California Extreme 2012 is planned to be held inside the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, a big, beautiful hotel with a giant ballroom. The block of rooms will be available for a fantastic rate.
Details below are from 2011 - this will be updated once we are ready to open for bookings.
Rooms are available with two queen-size beds, or one king-size bed, at the same rate. This rate includes:
- Free parking for the show
- 10% off food in the Evolution Bar and the TusCA restaurant inside the hotel
- $32 tickets for Great America (limit 2 per room)
- and the undying gratitude of California Extreme's staff.
To book on-line, click here to use the Hyatt's reservation system. The group rate of $87 per night should be loaded automatically. Set your dates of arrival and departure, then click "Check Availability" to continue the booking process. If you are having trouble or the site rejects your reservation, please e-mail us; the block of rooms may need to grow!
If you prefer to reserve your room by phone, call the Hyatt at (408) 200-1234. To receive the show discount, you must mention "California Extreme" when you call.
Rooms at the reduced rate are only guaranteed through June 13, or whenever the hotel becomes sold out, so book early. Bookings after June 13 will be accepted only if the hotel has availability, and are not guaranteed to be at the $87 rate.
We strongly encourage you to consider using the show hotel for your stay while at California Extreme as it helps keep our costs down -- and besides, you won't even have to go outside! There are so many reasons to book your room, why not do it right now?
